Rooms & Suites
Each of Roscoe House's 15 rooms and suites have been finished to a high standard, combining both period and modern furnishings, offering guests the very highest level of comfort and convenience.
Standard facilities throughout the property include ultra comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton linen, complimentary WIFI internet access, flat screen satellite televisions, in room tea and coffee making facilities, irons and ironing boards, and luxuriously appointed bathrooms. If you are a business traveller we can also arrange for a work desk, additional desk lighting, and a high backed leather chair to be placed in your room on request.
Studio Suites
In addition to the above facilities each of our studio suites offer guests a dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge /freezer, oven and hob, microwave, and a full range of cutlery, crockery, and utensils. Our studio suites will sleep up to 4 guests in a high level of comfort and are ideal for families, long stay guests, and those who wish to experience all the comforts of home while availing of the benefits offered by an upmarket guesthouse.
Executive Rooms
Each of the properties 4 Presidential Suites offer guests an experience like no other. Aptly named after some of the most ground breaking political leaders of the 20th and 21st century, Presidents Clinton and Kennedy of the USA, and Presidents McAleese and Robinson of Ireland, our presidential suites are our largest rooms and are located in the buildings 4 original reception rooms.
As well as being double the size of modern hotel rooms, our presidential suites offer a range of extra creature comforts including super king size or twin beds (the choice is yours), complimentary slippers and bath robes, luxurious toiletries, DVD players and stereo systems as standard, power showers in the bathroom, and views over either Rodney Street to the front of the property or the gardens at the back, making them an ideal setting for a special break away. A range of additional facilities are available upon request including direct dial telephones, DVD players (standard in presidential suites), champagne and flowers on arrival, restaurant reservations, car rental, and theatre tickets. If you have a request which is not listed above please feel free to ask our warm and attentive staff who will do their very best to fulfil your request, once its legal of course!
